Registered Midwife

Are you an experienced Midwife in search of an opportunity within a rewarding healthcare organisation?
We are seeking Registered Midwives to join this dynamic team of professionals in providing excellent patient care.
As a Registered Midwife your responsibilities will include:
To provide high standards of evidence-based midwifery care to women of varying ages and cultural groups
To plan, assess, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with women, their families and the multidisciplinary team so as to achieve identified goals and health outcomes
At time to Supervise, direct and guide junior nurses and undergraduate midwives in the provision of midwifery care
Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs

To be successful in this role you will need:
Essential Criteria:
Current Registration with AHPRA
Working with Children and police check
Neonatal Resus
FSEP/K2
Highly developed clinical skills in maternity services: postnatal care/special care
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
An adaptable and flexible approach to work

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against our client’s current Enterprise agreement. Direct Entry or Dual Registered Midwives encouraged to apply.
