Regional Sales Manager (Feeds Manufacturing)

Achieve monthly and yearly guaranteed sales volume- Conduct sales management under the leadership of G.M, make the annual sales plan based on the company operation plan and send it to G.M for approval- Detailed training program for sales staff and customers and put those programs into practice every year, keep records and assessment. Execute the company's sales strategy- Assist Filipino Sales Rep in prospecting farms and distributors in their own territories. Maintain, follow up the old clients and promote and do services. Client visits- Supervision, examination, management of all Filipino sales representatives. Assessment will be rendered and filed properly.- Preside over the monthly sales meeting, discuss the main work done last month and work plan next month.
