Regional Project Officer Supervisor (Bataan)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be a college graduate of any Business-Related courses and Industrial Engineering - Have 2-3 years background experience. - Has good communication skills and written works - Must know how to navigate Microsoft Office. - Willing to be assigned in Bataan RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analysis and Decision-making skills: able to analyze a situation/problem and make a sound decision that is beneficial to both parties. - Planning and execution: Ability to make and execute the plan with the help and collaboration of his/her team. - Communication Skills: Has the ability to prioritize tasks, Able to communicate clear direction and delegate work effectively in achieving a common goal. Has the flexibility to adapt to its environment. - Time Management Skills: Given that he/she will manage more than 1 project, he/she should be able to effectively manage his/her time. Monitoring the progress of work , calling a team meeting and is organize in keeping documents of the projects.
