Job Description:
The Regional Channel Activation Specialist shall be responsible for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to drive the growth of his/her assigned channel by supporting brand initiatives through the management of channel/in-store promotions.


Specific duties and responsibilities:


Coordinate closely with Customer Development Specialist (CDS) and Indirect Sales Supervisors (ISS) to ensure a seamless execution of activities. Provide a regular evaluation of these activities during and post activity to help the team measure the returns and identify learnings. Monitor in-store execution of merchandising standards (shelf schematics and POP installation) of third-party merchandising agency via regular field work and provide feedback/recommendation to the National Channel Activation Manager. Recommend the right set and quantity of merchandising materials to meet channel and account specific needs. Monitor the availability of merchandising materials and ensure zero inventory at the end of each brand effort as well as supervise deployment and oversee implementation in assigned channels. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Marketing or Business Management or its equivalent With at least 1-2 years experience in the field of Sales or Trade Marketing Knowledge in trade activations, in-store promotions With very good written and verbal communication skills Strong strategic, analytical and problem solving skills, P&L analysis Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage
