DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure the achievement of monthly target through successful placement of qualified candidates
2. Ensure that the existing operating standards of the company are adhered to and continuously improved
3. Contribute to the profitability of the company by maintaining total customer satisfaction and achieving company performance standards
4. Ensure that job descriptions/specifications of all job orders are on hand prior to servicing the account.
5. Ensure that daily/weekly/monthly and all reports are submitted to the Senior Manager on time.
6. Ensure that all accounts/clients are satisfied with the quality of services rendered by the company.
7. Ensure that you adhere to interviewing standards and focus on client’s hiring criteria as well as to standard timetable as regards sourcing, shortlisting, documents completion, processing, and endorsement of selected candidates, etc.
8. Inspect, monitor, and enforce quality of resumes of shortlisted candidates, sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting processes.
9. Discuss with superior any operational concern of the group that may affect endorsement schedules, quality of service delivery, availability of shortlisted candidates, etc .
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration.
- Two to Five years’ experience in the field of recruitment for executive search firms, an advantage.
- It would be useful if the he/she has attended seminars on recruitment or job fairs.
- Good track record of job placements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, good command of English and Tagalog languages.
- Hard working, determined and passionate about achieving success.
