In this role, you can be part of a team that works with all areas of our global organization and is empowered to achieve goals that align with IBM strategy.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Recruitment Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for scheduling, coordinating interviews including travel, extending offers, generating offer letters, making welcome calls to all applicants prior to their scheduled start date, background variance resolution, data entry and internal/external reporting. The Coordinator will work with the recruitment team members and third party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.
Responsibilities:Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companiesIdentifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parametersDevelops a network of referralsUses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidatesManages projects including; email marketing, competitor organizational chart mapping, mapping professional and alumni associations, social media, cold calling, and social activitiesAssessing need, organizing, and running information career webinars and campaignsCold call campaignsDetermines advertising venuesWorks within a budgetConsults on time line expectationsConsults on job descriptionPerforms queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidatesSearches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidatesSources, screens, and submits candidates to the Client focal as assignedIdentifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidatesPerforms other administrative tasks as neededKeeps Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all timesPerforms other miscellaneous duties as required by management
Required Professional and Technical ExpertiseRequired:Fresh graduates are welcome to applyFluency in MandarinFluency in EnglishAt least 1 year experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications
Preferred Professional and Technical ExpertisePreferred:At least 1 year experience working in an ATSAt least 1 year experience sourcing through social media channelsAt least 1 year Hiring Manager consultative experienceBA/BS degree
