Recruitment Coordinator (Hybrid Set-Up)

Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree-2+ years experience supporting US Recruiting or US HR Coordination;-MUST possess excellent communication skills;-Knowledge of recruiting with HR, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Operations, Merchandising, is highly preferred-Proficient with computer-Data driven and strategic mindset.-WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED ON EITHER MORNING or NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE.- WORK SCHEDULE (MONDAYS-FRIDAYS)Job Description:-Manage all activities involved in the scheduling of candidate interviews including candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and providing on going communication with recruiters and hiring managers on timelines.-Provide administrative support for the offer process including collecting interview guides and distributed new employee information for proper onboarding.-Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data, post job openings and ensure correct tracking.
