Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for doing end-to-end recruitment and filling out vacancies in an efficient and timely manner. He/ She is expected to ensure that a strong and stable candidate relationship is maintained through outstanding candidate experience. Tasks and Responsibilities: Source, process and endorse high quality targeted candidates based on client needs. Actively close out vacancies in a short amount of time. Maintain outstanding candidate experience through providing the highest levels of service. Manage internal trackers and database. Qualifications: Candidates must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Human Resources Management and other related courses. Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills.  Amenable to travel and work on-site in Ortigas Pasig City.  Fresh Graduates with excellent educational background are a plus.
