Recruitment Assistant

To provide administrative support to the team, helping to achieve the team's objectives of continuously hiring above and beyond departmental targets.- Conduct the basic recruitment searches, when required.- Respond to all social media messages.- Assist in background and reference checks.- Attend job fairs, when required.- Complete all the necessary administration tasks in PeopleFluent.- Perform other reasonable duties requested by a team member.- Conduct advanced search for seafarers in the talent pools available.- Check that the adverts published on social media, V Group websites and external job forums meet the company brand standards.KEY SUCCESS MEASURES:1.
