Key Responsibilities: Perform secretarial functions such as typing/encoding, photocopying, sending facsimile messages, etc. Handle incoming and outgoing communication. Conforms to the requirements of the IMS standards on document management and control. Draft simple correspondence, and prepare reports and presentations as required. Manage the department's schedule such as meetings, appointments, and training, including travel arrangements and other logistic requirements. Assist in the preparation of department activities or special functions. Manage and safely keep the department's documents and records. Manage the budget preparation and monitoring of the department. Participate actively in the Company's QESH programs, projects, and activities. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualification Requirements: Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course Minimum experience: At least 5 years of work experience in a secretarial function and proficiency in computer applications
