Also, you will have to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain and safekeep accurate records of employees.Ensure that applicants' requirements are valid and up to date.Support the recruitment team in conducting screening and interviews.Liaise pending requirements with new employees before onboarding orientation.Communicate with the appropriate department regarding phone and/or email inquiries.Job Specifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any related 4-year course.Preferably with related experience. Willing to be trained in San Juan City.Willing to work in Upper Session Road, Baguio City.
