Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00PM to 6:00AM from Monday to Friday, Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in human resources management or organizational psychology.•Minimum if 2 years experience in handling Logistics Recruitment.•Understands what exactly the Lumping is.•Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Trackers.•Excellent verbal and written communications and team management skills•Strong decision-making skills•Willing to transfer from one shift to another. •Fluency in English Language is a huge plus.Duties and Responsibilities: •Manage and oversee the entire end to end recruitment processes.•Source Potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ands and connecting with potential candidates. •Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications of Lumpers.•Perform necessary background checks.•Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and Client.•Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending Job Conferences•Manage job descriptions and announcements regarding the warehouse needs.•Place of Work: Unit 901/902 One Trium Tower 6324 Filinvest Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City Alabang 1781 Muntinlupa City.Benefit Structure:•Monthly Basic Salary: PHP 30,000-40,000•13th Month Pay: Prorated•Vacation Leave and Sick Leave•Mandatory Benefits
