The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment team and our clients in the US (Healthcare sector) throughout the candidate recruitment process. We are looking for a recruiter who is passionate about helping clients find the best talent, providing job opportunities to amazing candidates and loves people interaction. We look for an overachiever, with a "never quit" attitude and great communication skills. We are open to fresh grads or professionals with experience. We need a great specialist willing to learn fast with great soft skills and communication in English. You will be working for an organization providing offshore Recruitment services to clients and will be interacting with reputable companies based in the US/UK/AU.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job Portals, Database references etc.
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Willing to work on tight deadlines.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
Qualifications :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strongly adaptability
• Strong desire to self-learn
• Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure Technical / Other Skills Required-
• Basic knowledge in Adobe, MS Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
• Build expertise in the English language
• Good typing and keyboard skills
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline
