As a Reconciliations Team Leader within our dynamic team, you will be tasked with providing support and guidance to team members to ensure the achievement of set objectives. Your responsibilities will include training team members and monitoring their progress towards set goals. Additionally, you will serve as a verifier for reconciliation tasks, which includes investigating unrecognized transactions. You will also foster communication and teamwork to promote the resolution of exceptions in collaboration with management. Job Responsibilities Ensure Team Members are fully competent Draft & ensure standard operating procedures are current Investigate and drive resolution of exceptions Read, understand, verify and release SWIFT messages Perform test checks on quality of operations Lead and ensure timely completion of daily activities Audit compliance and co-operation Implement improvement initiatives Manage business to ensure top quality exception management Encourage, participate and lead Learning & Development sessions Identify and facilitate development of training Champions/Subject matter expert in team.
