Job Description:
In-charge of reception area and front desk operations: phone calls, incoming/outgoing deliveries and receiving guests. Handle travel arrangements: air ticket, visa application, hotel accommodation, car rentals, restaurant and events reservation. Perform GA and purchasing duties: ordering of office supplies, office upkeep, IT equipment, process government permits and certificates. Check vendor invoices before settlement of Accounting payment. Assigned and trained for ISO DDC. Assist in HR tasks: recruitment/exit of staff, employee schedules, HMO, APE and company events. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree of any field in Secretarial, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Psychology, etc). At least 2-year related experience in clerical, office administration and support. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly organized and keen to details. Telephone Skills
