-Assist Supervisor to find resources and develop new market- Coordinate with owner/ spa on the logistic work ( like move-in/out; gate pass and etc.)- Report any problem to superiors in a timely manner- Preparing real state forms and documents.- Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback- Ordering Supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.- Performing other duties as assigned.
