Job Level: Supervisor, Open to Fresh Graduates Graduate of BS Food Science or equivalent Minimum of 5 years in food product development experience from bench top to commercialization Minimum of 1 year in managing multiple projects across technical programs Minimum of 1 year in managing personnel Job Description: To carry on new product development, process and profit improvement projects Lead a team of R&D Junior Specialists and provide necessary technical support to team members, customers and operations Actively participate in technical programs and management of personnel Prepare/review product prototypes compliant with regulatory agencies Prepare/review product costing analysis to ensure that products are within the target cost Develop and carry out standard procedures in the conduct of product quality and product acceptability tests Test and select ingredients and packaging materials for specific projects Establish and document product and process specifications Conduct literature searches or accesses international databases related to assigned projects SHARE THIS POST:
