Job Summary:
The Quotation Specialist will be responsible for managing the quotation process from start to finish. They will partner with field sales, marketing and other business management teams to develop customized solutions for customers. They will be responsible for providing timely and accurate quotations and responding to all related inquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the quotation process including creating and submitting quotes in a timely manner Partner with field sales, marketing, and other business management teams to develop customized solutions for customers Collaborate with internal departments to gather information necessary for accurate quotes Communicate effectively with customers to answer all inquiries and provide additional information as necessary Manage and maintain quote databases and ensure accuracy of all records Provide strategic recommendations to improve the quotation process and enhance customer experience Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, distributors, and internal teams Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience working with CRM systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritieze and meet deadlines Competitive benefits package including:
