Office Staff / Encoder

Responsibilities:- Prepares billings and invoices from encoding to printing- Ensures details in the invoices and billings are correct- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant report- Provide administrative support to customers in technical matters- May perform other administrative tasksQualifications:- Graduate of Management, Computer Science, Office Administration or any related course- Has at least 6 months or 1 year of work experience in the related field but Fresh Graduates are okay to apply- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduateSchedule:- 8 hour shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
