Quantity Surveyor

o Prepare and develop preliminary cost plan and advise on cost of design team’s proposalso Identify factors affecting costs, such as production time, materials, and laboro Review architectural plans in order to prepare estimateso Collaborate with project supervisors, architects, clients, and contractorso Calculate, analyze, and adjust estimateso Recommend ways to reduce costso Degree holders in Architecture, Engineering or related fields. We will consider other applicants provided they have proven achievement related to being a quantity surveyor.o At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in high quality finishing construction in modular systems.o Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skillso In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industryo Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
