Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering or B.S Information Technology.- Understand ISO 9001 requirements; with background in Audit; with knowledge in freight forwarding / logistics.- with experienced working in ISO certified company.**BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Assist on the audit preparation and monitoring of audit completion (internal auditors and auditee (department to be audited);- Assist to analyze and evaluate audit findings;- Assist in the documentation of audit findings, if needed;- Assist in doing process mapping;- Responsible for updating internal forms, dept. KPI, others;- Prepare power point presentation;- Collaborate with reporting superior to ensure that queries/requests from other departments are attended promptly;- Contribute to the quality improvement plans and support the team in the management of the quality management system across the organization;- Protect the quality documents and ensure information beyond control are immediately communicated to the reporting superior;- Coordinate with inter departments on the schedule of quality training.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Paid training- Transportation service providedSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
