**Job Qualifications**:- Must be a College Graduate preferably BS Industrial Engineering- With or without work experience- Knowledgeable in MS Office Application, Why Why Analysis and QC Tools- Must have Good Communication Skills**Job Descriptions**:**1. **Develops and initiates standards and method for production preparation based on set company rules/standards.**2. **Analysis and verification of OP preparation documents for each event and prior Mass production in actual process and formulation of countermeasure for quality improvement**3. **Conduct comparison of issued Customer and QC drawing each event stage and when there is a design change.**4. **Evaluate and verify board capability and proposal of improvement item in coordination with other APQP members.**5. **Check and verify QC drawing workability and issue Monren/unclear point to FAS for immediate correction of problem found during each event stage. Able to formulate alternative action for disapprove/ rejected Monren/unclear point.**6. **Conducts investigation, process check, simulations and other related items as response to received customer claim information, feedback and defect found during event stage and Initial Mass Production.**7. **Prepares 4M and Why-Why analysis based on the result of the conducted data gathering, analysis and verification of data/result and formulate countermeasure and monitor of effectiveness.**8. **Establish Work Instructions and other related documents as part of countermeasure and continuous improvements.**9. **Review, analyze and suggest/request reflection of countermeasure taken to all necessary documentation (FMEA/QCP/Operation Instructions, and other system related standard).**10. **Conducts horizontal development of applicable countermeasures and monitors the progress / status of implementation.**11. **Initiate kaizen activities and encourages the participation of other members especially for quality improvement.**12. **Coordinate with other department / group regarding quality related activities.**13. **Responsible in determining product quality risks and preventions.**14. **Responsible in supporting and following superior with regards to product quality checking and control.**15. **Attends Daily Quality Meeting at quality station as maybe assigned by superiors if needed.**16. **Attends APQP/Design change and other meetings related to new product, and other improvement activities as needed.**17. **Prepare and report APQP preparation and target status and results per month.**18. **Prepare, analyze and report KP1 (Key Performance evaluation) target and review meeting documents based on schedule.**19. **Schedule and perform process preparation check based on schedule and as may be assigned by superiors.**20. **Report to immediate superior for any abnormality encountered during new product study stage and initial mass production stage that may or may not cause serious problems to the manufacturing process and to the delivered products.**21. **Performs task as may assigned from time to time.**22. **Observe and follow company safety and quality rules and regulations.**23. **Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Standards**24. **Participate in all _Environmental/Occupational _health and safety activities and have the right to refuse in case of unsafe conditions.**25. **Monitor and ensure that safe working practices and instructions are being complied by the members.**_26. _**_Comply with FALP's Environmental Management System Best Practices to prevent environmental_accidents and to reduce environmental impact._**_27. _**_Report any environmental issues and abnormalities to immediate superior and/or ENS Committee._**_28. _**_Contribute in providing reminders, information and guidelines to increase the awareness of each _employee in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety standards._**_29. _**_Responsible for proper use of Internet and other media platform and reporting of suspected cyber _threats to immediate superior and/or IT Department._**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Free parking- Health insurance- Life insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employee- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Night shift- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Lipa City, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)
