PLASPACK INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION Is currently looking for:  QUALITY MANAGER **Responsibilities**: Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a productDeveloping quality control processesDesigning product specificationsEnsuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standardsSupervising staff and monitoring production standardsExamining the quality of raw materials that are used in productionMonitoring and evaluating internal production processesEvaluating the final output of products to determine their quality- Rejecting products that fail quality standardsEngaging with customers and gathering product feedbackProducing statistical reports on quality standardsReporting to upper management on quality standard issuesEvaluating products recalled or returnedImproving production efficiency and managing waste**Requirements**: Degree in a field related to business and quality controlQuality control certification is advantageousExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communicationData analysis and statistical aptitudeGood interpersonal skillsHighly conscientious and diligent
