Quality Management Officer

Qualifications:1. BS Civil Engineering or any equivalent course.2. A combination of experience, education, and training equivalent to a four-year college in Civil Engineering.3. Ability to independently plan and organize one's activitiesDuties and Responsibilities:1. To familiarize the company's Quality Management System.2. Assist the QMR in ensuring that the Quality Management System processes are established, implemented, and maintained within the organization.3. Assist in monitoring and controlling the continuous updating of technical records, Quality Management System documentation, and inventory including status for calibration, repair, or replacement of equipment for both main and field laboratories in coordination with the Section Head.4. Assist in proper documentation, filing, and storage of physical and electronic quality and equipment records.5. Assist in ensuring up-to-date Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of all laboratory machines and equipment.6. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.7. Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date with QMR and EQC directives and supervision.8. Report to the QMR and EQC including the need and recommendation for improvement.9. Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the QM and EQC records area.10. Identify risks and/or report risks to the QMR. May also conduct risk assessment under the supervision of the QMR.
