Quality Development Manager (Research & Development)

**About the job Quality Development Manager (Research & Development)**:The position is responsible for developing, aligning, and managing the Gold Standard Development Process across JFC PH Business Units (BUs), including but not limited to managing a portfolio of projects and activities that are coordinated and managed by different Gold Standard Cross-Functional Teams, and driving the consistent review and action of end-to-end standards utilizing appropriate Continuous Improvement Tools.He/ She is the resource person providing scientific expertise and technological principles leading to the development and improvement of quality and safety standards for raw materials, equipment, and processes within research, new product development, product and process improvement, and manufacturing settings.He/ She is engaged in all product platforms requiring knowledge of food quality and safety, including Risk Management, Shelf-life Studies, Restaurant Food Safety Management System, and R&D Center of Excellence for Gold Standard programs and initiatives, with the goal of ensuring taste superiority, high product acceptability, and business sustainability.**JOB QULAIFICATIONS**:> BS in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Microbiology Post Graduate Degrees is an advantage but not required.> At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the food industry, especially, on manufacturing, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Regulatory, Food Safety/ HACCP System (particularly, development of HACCP Plan), and Food Defense.> At least 2 years of team management experience.> Preferably training and certifications in GMP, SSOP, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), Food Defense, Risk Analysis, FSSC 22000, Continuous Improvement Tools, and other food quality and safety management systems.> Licensure in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Registered Microbiologist is preferred.
