Quality Control Specialist

Job Description:
Ensure that all raw materials and premixes have their Material Quality Status identified Conduct ingredient evaluations for quality and cost-effectiveness (particularly potential substitute/equivalent ingredients) Ensure that all process control testing in the factory is carried out in accordance with approved procedures and that non-conforming products are put “on-hold”, properly reported and documented immediately Ensure that all required samples are received, tested and stored in accordance with the procedures, including samples for microbiological testing Input QA results for finished products into the computer and file finished product specifications accordingly Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or any related course With a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in food manufacturing preferably in food handling and sensory training With basic food laboratory skills With strong interpersonal and communication skills
