Quality Control / Inspector

1. Check and validate all incoming raw materials such as films, inks, resin, solvent, and adhesive to ensure quality of items is within the standard. 2. Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance. 3. Documents inspection outcomes by completing the Material Evaluation Report and Final Acceptance Report. 4. Responsible and in charge of labeling or tagging all raw materials from incoming to issuance to production.5. Reports any deviation of raw materials to the Q.A. specialist for immediate and corrective action. 6. Responsible for performing incoming inspections on all materials.7. Issue Supplier's Corrective Action Request SCAR when there is a discrepancy or non-conformance in the tested material. 8. Accomplishes reports on time.9. Handle and take responsibility for retained samples storage.10. Upholds housekeeping and safety procedures.
