Quality Control/Assurance Inspector (Bustos

Responsibilities (Plastic molding operation)- Start-up sample inspection, analysis and approval.- Lot inspection as per military standard sample quantity.- Process monitoring and inspection (every 2hrs).- Incoming raw material inspection.- To conduct an investigation in times of encountered abnormality or defects.- To provide/submit countermeasure report as prevention for the recurrence of defects encountered.- To create a sustainable documentation/record on the status of goods inspected.- Assist with Quality Control, Sales and Distribution team for disposition on processing of rejected stock.- Provide suggestions in developing new and updating existing procedures on inspection.- Assist the operation of plastic molding and assembly of plastic items.**Others**- Preparation of quality standards.- Preparation of documents, records and samples as the basis of the work.**Qualifications**:- At least 1 year of experience in QC in manufacturing environment, experience with plastic products a plus.- Ability to think and react quickly when a problem arises- Problem-solving mindset- Computer literate- Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines.- Must be able to work collaboratively with team members.- Applicant must be willing to work in **Brgy.
