Quality Control And Delivery Officer

Job Description:
Monitors Delivery and Quality Control Prepare defective, incident and accomplishment report for Delivery and Quality Control Handle customer complaints on quality and service. Coordinates with suppliers on factory production defects, incomplete accessories and the likes from received sealed items assembled in front of the customer, and to request immediate action from suppliers. Maintain an updated monthly inventory listing of defective repairs, pending and sale as is. Ensure the proper implementation fo delivery operating policies and procedures. Maximizes utilization of trucks and routes and minimize delivery cost, and etc. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 Year course Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Detail Oriented Can Effectively stick to timelines set Computer Literate Service-Oriented
