Job Description:
Position: Quality Assurance Associate

Reporting to: Team Leader


Primary Functions:


Scenario preparation and actual testing of applications Business analysis and documentation
Data gathering of business requirements Writing of functional specs Writing of user manual ISO 9001 Compliance
Control of documents and records Internal Quality audit Regular Tasks:


Design test cases and document test scripts. Execute test scripts and test cases while ensuring all testing proof and reports are maintained and documented properly. Interview new clients to draw up functional specifications for new systems. Document business requirements. Maintain quality records for the company Conduct internal quality audit Research and regularly perform process flow review for the various departments of the company. Close coordination with Business Analyst and suggest improvements. Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors. Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application on client engagements. Perform ad hoc functions as assigned by superior/s from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of computer-related course. Open for fresh graduates Excellent technical skills, with very keen interest in IT. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision A team player and fast learner Capable of multi-tasking Background in programming in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, or MS SQL is a plus Skills Required:
Persistent and can work under pressure Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. Can work with minimal supervision Can easily grasp directions. Without Managerial functions. Excellent problem-solving skills;
