What you will do: Oversees various aspects of quality assurance management, supplier self-management excellence, and fostering a food safety culture Manages the development and maintenance of training materials for QA partner and food safety classes Handles McDonald's quality assurance documentation and implement document control procedures Performs restaurant food safety audits and support initiatives related to cleaning and sanitation programs Provides technical advice to restaurant management teams on store-based issues and prepare food safety and quality guides Establishes and maintains relationships with health authorities to stay informed about food safety and health issues Leads Food Safety Training from development and maintenance of Training Material and Facilitation of the Food Safety Class What we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree of Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering With at least 1-2 years of working experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control in the food manufacturing or food service industry Who you will work with: Be part of a lean but integral and vital team which ensures top-notch safety and quality of service.
