One GRMP Audit, Action Plant Management & ARR validation with process owners Systems Implementation Audit, Action Planning and Validation Process Audit (Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures), Action Planning and Validation Technical Audit (Assessment of Equipment to Comply to Operating Standard and Procedures), Action Planning and Validation Assist QA Analyst in conducting Line Start-up / Shutdown Clearance Process
Data Analysis and Stratification using Statistical Tools Root Cause Investigation of Quality and Food Safety Issues HACCP/Quality/FS Control Verification Participates in the execution of the Freedom within A Framework (FWAF) for Quality Initiates / Leads Quality Improvements and CIT Projects Procedure and Process Change Method Validation SAP-QM Implementation and Maintenance Work with Process Owner for Corrective Action Trade
Consolidated Warehouse and Regional Distributors (RD) Audit GWP & Product Handling Audit BO Validation - Verification of Causes of Defcts and Classification including Inventory Products Freshness Audit - Verification of Compliance to Product Ageing Standard to ensure no expired products Monitors effectiveness of Corrective Actions on GWP findings.
