The QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and safety of our food and service. He/She will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance programs of the company covering both the commissary and store operations. He/She shall have excellent attention to details, inquisitive and analytical mind, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
PART OF THE SCOPE WOULD BE: Develop, implement, and oversee implementation of quality programs within the company. This includes implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Warehousing Practices, Integrated Pest Management, Cleaning and Sanitation, Food and Work Safety and Documentation of Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures . Act as the lead in ensuring products meet the established quality standards by developing and enforcing quality control and assurance system in the commissary, 3rd party warehouses, and store operations. Work closely with R&D and Technical Team in establishing the quality standards for both raw materials and finished goods produced in the commissary. Work closely with Purchasing in improving supplier compliance to quality standards. Ensure that all regulatory requirements are complied – FDA, DENR, LGU, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology , food science or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in Quality Assurance of food manufacturing or restaurant operations or top QSRs. Knowledgeable in food safety, good manufacturing practices/SSOP, and documentation Proficient in using MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel Benefits of working as a Quality Assurance Manager in Philippines:
