Quality Assurance & Control Specialist

Job Description:
Understand application domain and functionality, translate functional requirements and spesifications into lean documented test cases and steps, with an eye to do automation first. Work with various internal and external stakeholders to create the best solution for the identified opportunities for process transformation. Actively contribute to implementing the automation strategy under the guidance of senior members in team Conduct training/enablement sessions on process transformation standards and methodologies as well as on industry trends or best practices. Review BSI quality control and assurance process As a reviewer in project test review Provide test methodology, standard documents and templates Training for quality (Test plan , quality assurance , risk management , problem analysis , and impact analysis) Consultation for version management tools and create guide line for version management tools Support to create regression test Consultation for test automation and create guide line for test automation tools Consultation for CI/CD tools and create guide line for CI/CD tools Able to work extended hours when required Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 4 years working experience as QA & QC expert Certification(s) in : Quality Assurance & Quality Control or related Good knowledge of automated testing frameworks and languages Good knowledge of distributed version control systems Good knowledge of issue and progress tracking tools Must have familiarity with C#, .Net, SQL Server, and Oracle Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information Have knowledge about multifinance business process Must be able to effectively communicate with internal team, clients, and management Excellent attention to detail
