Quality Assurance And Product Specialist

You will be the main point of contact for production issues escalation and functionality enquiries from our Customer Support Team, Operations, and Sales- Experience on testing features involving user interface enhancements and functionality upgrades- Experience on regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities and flows are not impacted by new features and updates- Solid experience in building a test suite that includes regression test cases and regularly maintaining it to ensure that our user test cases and scenarios are upto-date- Experience in automation tools is a plus- Experience in working as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst or QA Analyst would be an advantage- 2 - 5 years experience in a similar role- Ability to work hard in a fast paced environment**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Postman: 2 years (required)- API: 2 years (required)- QA Analyst: 2 years (required)
