It was established to provide professional services to support PwC member Firms in the Asia Pacific, Americas, and European regions only, excluding clients registered and based in the Philippines.

POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY Plans, implements, and evaluates improvements in business processes and practices. Facilitates cross-functional teamwork to achieve continuous improvement objectives. Compiles and tracks improvement project data and reports on status. Evaluates the effectiveness of the process improvement program and improves the toolset(s) used. Effectively implements strategic business objectives in driving quality and compliance.
REPORTING The position reports to the Quality and Compliance Leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with teams to analyze and optimize business processes. This encompasses a broad range of activities including, but not limited to, defining the AS IS process, identifying its business objectives, and specifying improvement points. Achieve business goals by developing and implementing process improvements. Identify and manage resources for process improvement projects. Plan, execute, and evaluate process improvement projects with cross-functional teams. Develop, organize, and maintain process improvement policies and infrastructure. Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements. Maintain and update all process related documentation. Responsible for employing ethnographic research practices such as participant interviews, contextual inquiries, and expert reviews to gain a deeper understanding of business processes. Facilitate workshops or train resources in process improvement techniques. Monitor and routinely report on process performance and improvements in key metrics. Develop and maintain a list of ongoing process improvement projects and track them. Lead and/ or participate in meetings (face-to-face and virtual) with various cross-functional teams. Conduct presentations to AC Manila's Leadership Team. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education Background: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable educational institution. Preferred courses include Finance, Business, and Industrial Engineering.
Certification/s: Certified Green Belt or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Other certifications in PMP (CAPM, Project+, GAQM, Prince2, etc.) are advantageous but not required. Work Experience & Technical Skills Requirements : Continuous improvement and analytics experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis: Manager - at least five (5) years Skilled in process analysis, documentation, design, and optimization. Knowledgeable in quantifying and prioritizing process improvement and/ or automation opportunities. Strong project management skills. Ability to scope, plan, execute and track projects with autonomy Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Experience in facilitating workshops, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), brainstorming sessions, and training programs. Knowledgeable in using various Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Other Capabilities: Proven leadership qualities in managing effective meetings with senior members of the organizations. Knows how to handle and translate business requirements to technical requirements. Excellent understanding of customer service and strong sense of customer focus. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-starter who is able to work independently and flexible to work outside office hours if required. Demonstrates tenacity and perseverance, even with significant challenges Possesses critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity. Results oriented, positive, creative, responsible approach to projects
