Qs - Mepf (Design And Build)

**Requirements**:- Degree of Mechanical Engineering- Specialization in Quantity Surveying Field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry (New Build and Fit-Out Works of High Rise, Commercial, and Corporate Offices)- Have an experience in commercial, corporate office, hotels, new build / high rise towers- Professional license holder preferred but not required.- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)- Knowledgeable in commercial fit-outs- Must have experience handling BOQ and Unit Price Analysis- Knowledgeable in Planswift- Knowledge in Revit is a plus- Review Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and FirePro plan and specifications, and checking of design related queries for the completion of cost estimates.- Measure plan and prepare bill of quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection system;- Evaluate contractor's proposal for all PMI's, change order and other construction-related claims;- Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary.- Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison;- Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids;- Quarterly updating of material / equipment cost database- Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers;- Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned by immediate superior.**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
