Qa Specialist

Perform raw materials evaluation prior to issuance to processing plants. Evaluation of products inside production areas, holding rooms and cold storages Evaluates incoming finished products such as interplant transfers and imported products. Evaluates Product Returns from Trade and FSI Customers and provide appropriate disposition. Assesses supplier's capability to deliver quality raw materials, reviews and updates specifications for raw material and evaluates quality trends of the raw materials and performance of the suppliers. Participates in the resolution of identified process non-conformities. Participates in the evaluation of new products and raw materials for the improvement of existing processes. Conducts Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice audits of retail outlets of the Poultry & Meats and Franchising Business Conducts audits of Distributors and Distribution centers to determine compliance to SMFI standards Performs regular Trade checks to verify and ensure that all products are of optimum quality and safe to eat. Reports products and outlets non-conformities observed during trade checks and request corrective and preventive actions from concerned parties. Performs Trade Sampling to compare and verify consistency of the quality of Magnolia chicken with competitors.
