Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experienceOBTAINED FROM A CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRYis required for this position.
Specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Must have background to different engineering disciplines
Must be willing to be assigned to VISAYAS, MINDANAO, DAVAO, SORSOGON and ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR between 6 months and 1 year duration

Job Summary
QAQC prepares / promotes and implements the Project Quality Plan and the Inspection and Test Plan.
QAQC Head supervises several simultaneous projects with regards quality assurance and quality control.
Detailed Job Description

1. Prepares, promotes and implement the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plan.
2. Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
3. Perform all internal and external quality inspections on behalf of the company’s management
4. Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
5. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
6. Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis t strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards, identifying and resolving problems, completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
7. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures, monitoring inventories.
8. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures
