The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing and a strong understanding of software testing principles. This role involves executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the overall quality of our software products. Key Responsibilities: Create, review, and execute manual test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage. Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in manual software testing. Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management. Proficiency in using test management tools and defect tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
