Job Description As a QA Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and stability of our client's enterprise software products. Your day-to-day activities will involve close coordination with both the product management and software engineering teams. Together, you'll collaborate to deliver software solutions that not only meet but exceed industry standards for reliability and performance.

What do you need to succeed Minimum of 3 years' experience in a QA role, with 2 years of test automation experience.
Proficiency in writing automated tests using Python (PyTest, Robot Framework, Unittest, etc.).
Experience in defect tracking, prioritization, and management.
Proficient in working with written requirements, extracting requirements from engineers and product teams, and exploring the software.
Experience in working in an Agile environment, preferably SCRUM.
Proven expertise in writing and maintaining automated tests.
What awaits you in this role Coordinate with product management and software engineers to deliver stable enterprise software products.
Create and maintain comprehensive regression testing plans.
Execute manual functional and regression tests.
Contribute to the automation test approach and support the conversion of test cases to automated tests.
Assist other QA Engineers and Developers in test automation.
Identify and remediate failures in the testing process.
Identify possible improvements in the QA processes, tools, and frameworks, and contribute to implementing them.
Execute manual functionality tests in preparation for releases.
Define test plans and test cases and maintain them using a test management tool (Qmetry).
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using testing tools (PyTest, Jenkins).
Conduct code reviews for test automation work done by developers and other QA Engineers.
Monitor and resolve failures in the regression test suite.
Verify that delivered features meet acceptance criteria defined by the squad.
Coordinate with QA Engineers from other squads for cross-team regression testing at the end of the sprint.
Prepare software defect and regression tracking in JIRA and confirm sprint release status to stakeholders.
Participate in and actively contribute to scrum ceremonies, e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning, retros, etc.
