QA Automation Engineer The Quality Automation Engineer – for "on prem" and cloud applications is responsible for the design, development, testing, support and maintenance of test case repositories and test integrations for Dynata's usage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related MS 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) and MS D365 Sales and Marketing. Working under the direction of the Senior QA Automation Engineer, both will serve as mentors and a technical resource for the other members of the QA team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop and implement custom web based automated test solutions to improve upon on the current implementation of Microsoft (MS) Dynamics/D365 platform. Maintain, administer, and backup the CRM/D365 test repositories. Perform hands-on customer support and assist developers and QA Engineers with 2nd level application troubleshooting. Maintain and support the native configuration and customization of MS CRM/D365 test automation based on the company's functional requirements and changing needs. Develop automated workflows tests defined by business processes. Support and implement the appropriate Plug-in API methods for basic operation and testing. Manage the F&O RSAT testing and use Power Automate to build integration processes between MS CRM and D365 F&O. Take lead on all CRM business user test data requests and support. Resolve all Jira ticket assignments and contribute to team goals in a timely manner. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or MIS. 3+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry. 3+ years of experience using various programming language including C#, ASP. NET, JavaScript, Jquery, SQL Server, TSQL and XML. 3+ years of experience working in a large, professional, fast paced environment 2-3+ years of experience of configuration and customization of MS Dynamics CRM/D365, VisualStudio, RSAT, Power Automate, Azure, writing plugins using C#, SQL and .Net Framework. Specialized Skills: Microsoft Certification MCP, MCSD or any Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification preferred. Knowledge of third-Party Plug-ins and other applicable applications such as Jira, Team City, Devops. Knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and the ability to determine which one is applicable.
