Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts from Functional and Technical designs
Review and understand Business Requirement, Functional, and Technical Design documents and come up with a Test Plan
Conduct new feature testing, regression testing and bug fix testing
Participate in defect and customer issue resolution process
Perform peer automated test code reviews and optimize test code execution
Perform project tasks and solve problems independently
QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least a MS/BS in Computer Science or any IT related course
• 5-8 years experience with software quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Experience in automated testing is required
• Solid practical knowledge of programming
• Knowledge of JAVA/J2EE and SQL
• Experience in Cloud Computing technology
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Familiarity with three-tiered applications
• Ability to quickly master new technologies
• Must have good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently when needed
• Organized and reliable, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks
• ERP/Financial related knowledge would be a big plus

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
