Purchasing Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:Responsible for sourcing, evaluation of suppliers, materials, goods, products, etc. Maintain records of various suppliersPerform inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stocksMaintain updated records of all orders, payments, and stocksTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryEnsures that all stocks are deliver and in best conditionEncode order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databasesPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysisMonitor stock levels and place orders as neededJOB QUALIFICATIONS:At least graduate of Bachelors of Science in Business and Administration Preferably with experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory managementProficiency in using MS Applications (Excel, Word)With excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skillsWith driver's license and can operate 4-wheel vehicle Excellent organizational and planning skillsWilling to do multitaskingTrustworthy and fast learner
