Purchasing Staff

We are looking for a Purchasing Staff to order supplies and equipment based on our company's needs.**Responsibilities**- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs- Research potential suppliers- Track orders and ensure timely delivery- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition**Requirements and skills**- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Purchase and Supply, Business Administration or related fields are typically preferred)- Knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills- Ability to work with mínimal supervision- Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Angeles, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
