Check if the inventory levels are sufficient for the Hospital's needs and determine ordering schedule and quantityResponsible for coordinating with supplier for pricing and terms of paymentEnsure timely delivery of ordered items based on agreed delivery timePlace orders and/or verify order requests from branches before submitting to the supplierKeep a monitoring record of deliveries, and account for all items going in and out of the central warehouseCandidate must possess at least a bachelor's/ College degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Supply chain management or equivalent.Able to communicate in English for both written and verbal communicationsAt least 2 - 4 years work experience in the related field is requiredMust be flexible and able to work on own initiativeMust be organized and self drivenComputer literate especially on MS Excel
