Purchasing Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Researching suppliers.- Comparing and evaluating supplier offers.- Negotiating contract terms and pricing.- Tracking orders and ensure smooth delivery.- Assessing and monitoring the quality of products.- Entering data into order portals and customer relationship management systems.- Monitoring stock levels.- Placing orders as needed.- Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure storage requirements are met.- Working within set budgets.- Coordinating logistics.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Must possess strong value of honesty and integrity- Resourceful, knows how to negotiate- With good communication skills (both written and oral)- Experience in related field is a plus**Salary**: Php9,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:All are required to wear a mask and bring vaccination card. Follows safety protocols.Ability to commute/relocate:- General Santos City, South Cotabato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
