This role will support their US counterparts in full end-to-end business support in order to fulfill customer orders and/or goods and services to run our business.- **Duties and Responsibilities **_- Maintaining requisition documents and requests, reviewing requisitions, and all supporting documents per requirements- Executing day to day operations including, but not limited to, the creation and maintenance of Purchase Orders- Perform the release & communication of PO's to Suppliers- Works with internal stakeholders and requestors to ensure adherence to purchasing policies.- New Supplier review, setup and classification per global standards- Work within timelines to meet agreed targets and KPI's- Adhere to Policy & Procedures (SOX Requirements)- Work directly with General Ledger & Accounts Payable Departments as required- Keep a record of ongoing issues and escalate where necessary- Produce monthly reports/metrics- Participate in special projects such as process improvements and implementation.- Execute applicable Quality System processes- Other duties as assigned- **Key Position Competencies **_- Functional/Technical Skills- Time Management- Process Management- Priority Setting- Problem solving- Action Oriented- Drives for Results- Written Communications- Customer Focus- Ethics and Values- Composure**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to Php35,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (required)- Shared Services/ BPO or multinationalu: 1 year (required)- SAP: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
