Purchasing Assistant (Project Based)

**A. Administrative Task**- Update List of Suppliers;- Prepare Endorsement letter to TWG;- Process and routing of papers to the signing authorities;- Secure scanned copies of documents received;- Other task that may be given by the BAC Chairman and Head of the BAC Secretariat**B. Procurement**- Ensure bids submitted complies with the format and received on time;- Make necessary arrangement for Opening of the Bids;- Take custody of procurement documents- Responsible for the sale and distribution of bidding documents;- Encourage new potential bidders**C. Communication**- Organize and make necessary arrangements for BAC related meeting**Qualifications/Minimum Education**:- Bachelor's Degree- Have at least 1 year working experience related to purchasing or- Fresh Graduate- Computer skills- Document Management- Written and verbal communication- Flexible- Keen to detailsSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)
