Purchasing Assistant

Job Description:
Our organization is seeking a Purchasing Assistant who will be Responsible for finding, reviewing, and placing the order of materials, supplies, office and computer equipment, tools. Responsible for researching new deals and suppliers. Perform/facilitate the purchasing process (requisition, canvassing, preparation, payment, and deliveries). Follow up on orders to ensure that materials, equipment, furniture, and fixture are delivered on schedule. In charge of inspecting products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specification. Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of any 4 years course Ability with admin and clerical works Knowledgeable in Purchase Order Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines Strong analytical and planning skills Knowledgeable in the inventory of stocks Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to multitask Knowledgeable in PO With exposure to different suppliers
